Summary

Trent has been involved in the theatre in many capacities including as a producer/director, writer and performer. Having trained for a short time with the Film and Television Studio International, and the Performing Arts Conservatory, Trent has been fortunate enough to perform in projects produced by 7NEWS Sunshine Coast, Channel Ten and the Queensland Youth Symphony. He has been involved with local musical theatre productions for over a decade, with credits including Harry Bright (MAMMA MIA!), Seymour Krelborn (LITTLE SHOP OF HORRORS), Roger (GREASE), Peter Allen (THE BOY FROM OZ), and Scarecrow (THE WIZARD OF OZ). As a director, Trent has led numerous projects including THE ADDAMS FAMILY, THE WIND IN THE WILLOWS, PETER PAN, and ANNIE; and has produced various cultural events in both regional and South East Queensland.

Occasionally, Trent performs as Another Ed Sheeran Tribute and in 2022 will be producing the political-comedy STRAIGHT WHITE MEN with Our Yakka.

In addition, Trent was a co-founder of Theatre Haus, home of theatre for Queensland.
